Regal Ware has acquired West Bend's Premiere Cookware, Water Systems and Housewares business units. Following the acquisition, revenues of the new company are projected to be approximately $200 million. McDermott, Will & Emery's legal team working on the deal included partners Robert Schreck, Steve Miller and Steve Erf, and associates Emily Bonn and Sara Roach, all from the Firm's Chicago office. In addition, Joel Grosberg and Stefan Meisner, partners in McDermott's Washington, D.C. office, handled the Hart-Scott-Rodino clearance on the transaction. Regal Ware, a privately held company founded in 1945, is a widely respected name in the housewares industry.
