Honeywell denied the allegations and counterclaimed for invalidity and noninfringement. The parties have arranged for the case to be dismissed and they have settled their dispute on confidential terms. Hamilton Beach/Proctor-Silex, Inc. is a manufacturer and marketer of small kitchen and garment care appliances and recently entered the home environment category with a line of air purifiers, humidifiers and the TrueAir™ odor eliminator.
