Looking for great Bakeware? The first thing you should decide on is the material. So which is right for you: Silicone, Pyrex, stainless steel, aluminum or even ceramic pottery?
Let's start with the newest in baking technology, silicone. I've only tried the Llorente baking sheet, but I was impressed by how it lived up to the infomercial claims of being non-stick and easy to clean. This baking mat does distribute the heat more evenly too, so my cookies weren't burnt at the edges like when I used aluminum foil.
Other people who have had similar experiences have moved on to try other Llorente bakeware products and loved them too. Flexible cake pans are on my Christmas list!
Stainless steel bakeware is also popular because it is sturdy and has a long life, in fact most people you know have had the same cookie sheets their whole lives.
